ARRIVAL
The arrival day is 26th August 2000. We will be waiting for you the whole day long.
The welcome meeting begins at 6 p.m. We will provide general information, distribute the scores and the public transport tickets.
ACCOMMODATION
Firs 2 days (26 - 27 August) you will stay with Polish students or with host families Next days (28 August - 4 September) you will stay in the students' hostel, very close to the Warsaw Old Town
You don't need to bring any sleeping-bags with you
PARTICIPATION FEE
All the admitted applicants are asked to transfer a deposit of DM 250 into our bank account. DM 50 will be payed back on arrival.
The participation fee includes :
- accommodation
- breakfasts and lunches
- Warsaw public transportation tickets
Please transfer your money until 30 July 2000 !
This is the only guarantee of your participation for us and for you as well.
We hope not to learn about any cancellation but if you decide to cancel your participation, please, inform us about it as soon as possible and give a chance the people from the waiting list.
If you cancel your participation after you had already paid, you would receive only DM 50 back.
If you transfer your money too late ( if you make your transaction after 30 July 2000), you will have to pay DM 250 (you won't be payed DM 50 back).

SCORES
We suggest getting your own copy of scores.
Gorecki - "Totus Tuus" Edition : Boosey & Hawkes
Bernstein - "Chichester Psalms" Edition : Boosey & Hawkes
Beethoven - Finale from "IX Symphony" Edition : Peters
We realize, that you can have some problems with geting the scores of Gorecki and Bernstein. We are able to send you a xerocopy of these scores so that you would have a chance to practice on your own before you would come to Warsaw.
The proper copies of scores will be borrowed for you from the library for the time of
the rehaelsals and concerts in Warsaw.
Please, if you know that you will have your own copy of scores, let us know about it as soon as possible !
BLACK MAPS
Please, be prepaired to bring your own black maps with you.
DRESS FOR THE CONCERTS
Ladies : long, black dress , black shoes
Gentelman : black suit, white shirt, black bow-tie
SPECIAL EVENTS
The exact information about special events like parties, guided tours etc. will be announced during the welcome meeting in Warsaw
